I ordered a custom engagement ring from Shining Diamond and had the pleasure of working with Brooke during the whole process.

There was a minor issue that was beyond Shining Diamond's control; the diamond I selected got lost between their supplier and them, causing a delay in my order.

Brooke managed the situation like a pro, providing several options so I could still propose on time. In the end, I chose to go for a more expensive diamond at no extra cost.
